Pierre Poilievre spoke out this week after a group led by Diagolon founder Jeremy Mackenzie joked about sexually assaulting the Conservative leader's wife. What took Poilievre so long to see the light re: this group of "dirtbags" and "losers" (Pierre's words, not ours)? Why didn't he take their inflammatory statements and threats seriously before it got personal? Will this change the tone of CPC messaging moving forward?

As of October 1, travellers in Canada won't be required to wear masks on planes and trains. The Prime Minister says his government will "continue to follow the science," but are they? If it's a move based on public sentiment (polling), why not just say so?
